Dear Valued Customers Kindly be informed that with effect from 15th July 2011, PosLaju will increase the fuel surcharge rate from 10% to 15%. This increase is made in line with the changes in petrol price, transportation cost as well as the agreement made by the Association of Malaysian Express Carriers (AMEC) to allow its members to increase the existing fuel surcharge rate to 15% effective from 1st June 2011 while 10% handling surcharges remain unchanged. The increase in the fuel surcharge is crucial for PosLaju to continue to maintain the service level to our customers. Please note that although the courier industry is allowed to start charging this new rate effective from 1st June 2011, for the benefit of PosLaju customers PosLaju will only implement this new rate on 15th July 2011.
